To ensure the highest level of quality, Gordian practices continuous process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies. Processes are defined, measured, analyzed, improved and controlled through quality assurance activities and managed by Gordian's Quality Department. Gordian is actively pursuing accreditations to reinforce its commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Along with the corporate Quality Department, Gordian has a Coaching Center Quality Assurance Team that tracks and measures the quality of services provided by the health coaching staff. This team continuously develops and updates policies and procedures based on identified best practice guidelines.
